Madre Terra extra virgin olive oil comes from the Società Cooperativa Agricola La Madre Terra, an agricultural cooperative of small family farms near Sciacca on the southwestern coast of Sicily near Agrigento. It’s a blend of three olive varieties, Cerasuola, Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice.

Fruity and pungent (the official term for what's often called a 'peppery' quality), Madre Terra works well with full-flavored dishes.
