Olio Novo Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2005 Harvest

Olio Novo means ‘new oil’ in Tuscan dialect, and this unfiltered extra virgin olive oil is loaded with intensely fruity, peppery flavor. It’s perfect for bruschetta a simple bowl of cannellini beans cooked with sage.

Olio Novo is made from Frantoio, Moriaolo, and Leccino olives grown on the slopes of the Colline Pisano, the hills that run south from Pisa in western Tuscany.

Produced by the Novo Frantoio in Chianni, Tuscany
