RecipesNo, I haven't been sued yet, but please read the recipe disclaimer before you touch that stove. I started to cook because I liked I to eat, but over the years I realized I liked to cook, too. I won't claim that preparing real good food doesn't take a little effort, but it doesn't have to be an ordeal. These dishes aren't too difficult, and they all taste real good... A lot, if not most, of these recipes require real good olive oil. TechniquesCooking with fire not for carnivores only: grilled vegetables From slow cooked pork butt to grilled asparagus, barbecue will light your fire. Fire up the Weber and open a Guiness...dark beer protects barbecue eaters from meaty carcinogens. Misc....Forget about Safeway or Fred Meyer's...Big City Produce gives good vegetable... You don't have to wait until Thanksgiving rolls around again for turkey and all the trimmings (the big birds are actually cheaper now). |
