Salsa Verde

Use equal amounts of basil and parsely and as much garlic as you like. Chop everything together with a bit of extra virgin olive oil and sea salt until it’s all well blended. Optional ingredients include a couple of anchovies (or a little bottarga), a bit of lemon juice or few drops of good wine vinegar, and salted capers. Serve with grilled vegetables, grilled meats, or just spread on bread.
